More and more these days, people are starting to disrespect people. For whatever reason, they just act a monkey lol. Today, I was at Walgreens 700 ALGONQUIN PKWY LOUISVILLE KY 40208
Ph. 502-636-3441 Store number: 12321. They have Reach Floss on sale this week for .99 and I have a $1/1 coupon. I was going to buy 18 of them. I was buying 4 at a time. Well, the cashier, Valerie, did NOT know what she was doing. She rang them then put the coupon in for $1. It would only let her take 3. I told her you have to put the coupon in for .99 since the item is .99. She caught the worst attitude. She told me no she was not doing that....excuse me? Its YOUR policy not MINE! Well, she kept refusing so I told her to call her manager. I believe his name was Edward. He refused to give me his name. Well, he came and did exactly what I said to do....and it worked....duh! Well, when he seen I wanted to buy 18 he refused to sell them to me! I asked why and he said because he didn't want to sell me all those. If I was paying in cash I could have had an ything I wanted but since I use coupons I am only allowed how ever many HE says I can get.....are you joking? Is your name Mr. Walgreens? You dont make the policies! Either way, he yanked the basket out of my hands and told me to go I wasn't getting them! Well, I told him there is no limit on them. Edward and Valerie decided to tell me some choice words which I cannot repeat because I would have to repent later. She took my coupons that I hadn't even used! And told me to leave! SERIOUSLY! I went ahead and left....after I got my coupons back. I just wrote a lengthy message to the cooperate office. They probably won't care either. BUT at least they know what kind of employee's they have. And I let them know if ANY of their employee's ever get in my personal space again....I will lock them up and I will sue the pants off that store! I had a run in with this manager yesterday because I went to a different store to get some pictures and they had messed them up. When I went to the photo to get them he was there. He made me wait 20minutes while he took a personal phone call just to come and tell me he does not know how to run the machines and I needed to go to a different store and see if they can fix it....SERIOUSLY???? So then I had to waste my time and gas and drive over to a different store to have my issue fixed.....you would have thought I would have gotten a discount as an apology but no they make it out to be my fault they printed wrong!
If you are against discrimination Just because you are a savvy shopper....LET THEM KNOW! Pick up your phone and call the cooperate with me 1-800-walgree(ns) and let them know how I was treated is unacceptable. Let them know we are all united and we will not be treated like garbage....after all.....we make their paychecks. I will be calling tomorrow.....I hope you can join me!
